Operis is not a party, guarantor, or performance agent of the bilateral service contract between users. All claims and disputes arising from non-performance, defective delivery, or default remain strictly bilateral between the contracting parties. This clause does not prejudice non-waivable statutory rights or liabilities arising from the Platform's own willful misconduct or gross negligence under applicable law.
