Purpose and Strict Separation from Mandatory Privacy Notices
Pursuant to Article 5/1 of KVKK Law No. 6698 and Turkish Personal Data Protection Board Principle Decision No. 2026/347, this Explicit Consent Notice governs exclusively those optional processing operations that depend on uncoerced, affirmative consent.
Mandatory processing operations—such as account authentication, contract performance, security logging, and bilateral contact unmasking upon mutual match—are grounded in contract execution (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and statutory duties (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç) as disclosed in the Privacy Notice, and do not require explicit consent.
Elective Processing Activities Subject to Consent
Users may voluntarily choose to provide consent for:
- 1Elective Platform Updates & Newsletters: Receiving informative emails regarding platform releases, new categories, or relevant updates.
- 2Optional Analytics & Performance Technologies: Enabling privacy-preserving analytics scripts via the Cookie Preferences modal to help improve platform usability.
*Note: Withholding explicit consent does not restrict user access to core discovery, proposal routing, or contract drafting services.*
Right of Revocation
- 1Users maintain the absolute right to revoke granted consent at any time without justification.
- 2Consent can be revoked directly in Account Settings, via the cookie preferences interface, or by emailing `privacy@vellium.dev`.
- 3Revocation takes prospective effect immediately upon receipt, halting elective data processing.
